Dr Paul MacLeman

Managing Director

Dr. Paul MacLeman, BVSc, MBA, Grad Dip Tech Mgt, Grad Cert Eng,FAICD joined IDT in April 2013 as Chief Executive Officer. With a career spanning veterinary practice, the pharmaceutical/biotechnology and investment banking sectors, he has experience in business development, research management, technology commercialisation, staff development and sales and marketing. He has also founded life sciences startups in the biologics area and worked in investment banking focusing on the analysis and financing of technology companies.

 

Roman Najdecki
Chief Financial Officer

Roman is IDT's Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and is responsible for all financial and accounting matters relating to the company. He is also responsible for investor relations. Roman joined the company in 2010 and brings to IDT a broad and diverse set of experience and skills to the role of CFO. He has held senior financial and management roles for over 25 years and has extensive experience working in an ASX listed environment and also in the Health and Pharmaceutical sector.


Alf Staffa
QA Manager

Alf Staffa has had extensive experience in Health and Nutritional and Pharmaceutical products in both Sterile and Non-Sterile manufacture. His vast experience has covered senior roles in large Australian Pharmaceutical manufacturers in the areas of Quality Management Systems, Documentation Control and GMP/GLP. He has also been involved in a number of compliant regulatory audits by International Regulatory Authorities.

 

 

Mark Rowlands
Vice President, Business Development

Mark is an experienced pharmaceutical and drug delivery business development professional with a strong 16 years track record of international business success in licensing, contract development and the sales and marketing of manufacturing and analytical testing services. He has most recently led European business development for the North Carolina based Catelent. His contacts, international sales experience and marketing skills in the pharmaceutical industry will play an important part in delivering products and services to IDT clients

 

Dr Stéphane Redey
Vice President, Pharmaceuticals

Stéphane joined IDT after 15 years of multi-disciplinary experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in a global environment. At Actelion Pharmaceuticals, he headed Drug Substance Operations and was also involved in international due diligence processes. He has successfully worked with business partners and colleagues from a range of different cultures and he puts great value in diversity. Having strong CMC skills and strong business skills, he is at the interface between IDT's Operations and IDT's Customers.

 

 

Dr David Sparling

Legal & Corporate Development

David is the head of Legal and Corporate Development. In this role he is responsible for identifying and executing on major transactions in line with IDT's strategy for growth and expansion. He also assists in business development, customer management and legal compliance David also has the role of legal counsel overseeing contracts., HR agreements and legal document management. David holds a Master of Corporate Law with a focus on intellectual property and also holds a Veterinary degree. He has experience at CEO and Chairman level in ASX listed companies and is a Chartered Company Secretary.

 

 

Phil Wykes
Director of Infrastructure
Phil's role carries responsibility for Site Support, Calibration, Engineering, Maintenance and Information Systems across at the IDT's Boronia site and the CMAX facility in Adelaide. Phil is an electrical engineer who has extensive experience in engineering management, project, automation and electrical engineering across a variety of companies in the pharmaceutical, animal health, dairy, food and beverage industries internationally.
